We want you to love your Dagne Dover gear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Condition Requirements

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Products must be free of any signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or odors.
  • Original packaging (such as dust bags) should be included when possible.

Refund & Shipping

  • A standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return postage (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different color or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
